It is with great sadness that the East New Market Volunteer Fire Department announces that dedicated and devoted life member of over 51 years, Ms. Irene Blake has written her last get well and sympathy cards to all volunteer fire departments. Ms. Irene was in integral part of the Ladies Auxiliary and instrumental in helping with all fundraisers. A walk-through viewing will be held at Newcomb-Collins Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 23rd, from 6-8. The funeral service will be held at Station 21 on Thursday beginning at 1:00, with a viewing one hour prior. Anyone company that wishes to attend with a piece of equipment, please contact Chief 21.
