Bar Use

Rental Includes

- Lessee is responsible for clean-up of hall, restrooms, and kitchen per guidelines provided by ENMVFD
Rental Fee
- Wedding/Party - $500 for first 5 hours, $75 per hour after hour 5
- Meeting - $250 for first 3 hours, $50 per hour after first three hours
- Weekday/week night rentals available at discounted prices. Call for availability and pricing.
- $200 security deposit required at time of booking to save the date and will be returned to the lessee within 7 days of the event pending that no damage to the facility has been done. This deposit is not to be included as part of the $500 rental fee. Any damages beyond $200 to the facility will be billed to the lessee.
